Jamey accomplishes his goal of always being an effective leader by being constantly motivated and seeing the best in everyone. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corp at just 17 years old, where he performed an array of duties from scout sniper to combat diver to explosive specialist and communications expert. Jamey is highly decorated with a Joint Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Navy Achievement Award, and a Bronze Star, awarded for bravery and the fourth-highest combat award of the U.S. Armed Forces. He works hard not to disappoint anyone, and believes he receives the same respect from those he works with.
