Faculty Administration Retreats: The Program staff of former U.S. Military Special Operations Warriors and Division I Collegiate Athletes create customized leadership programs for faculty and administrations. The Program staff will present and lead discussions on various leadership experiences and topics. This specifically designed development service that is geared toward uniting the faculty and teaching them the tools to develop leadership qualities in their students. Each faculty administration retreat is specifically designed with the goals and objectives of the particular organization at hand. Training may include a physical portion as well as seminar and classroom based training. Faculty administration retreats can be utilized as a one-off service or can be included with a school wide training program.
