We believe strength and conditioning programs should go beyond athletic development. Team training sessions will inspire leadership development and create a positive atmosphere for individuals and teams to build strength, respect for themselves, and to lead others. At The Program, we don't simply show a student-athlete how to do a correct pushup we teach that student-athlete how to do a pushup and how to lead others in doing pushups.

In partnering with The Program, you will have the opportunity to enhance the overall caliber of your leadership standards and receive superior training for your student athletes. Our system sets us apart as a result of our:

Qualified Coaches – The Program strength and conditioning training sessions are taught by dedicated Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS®s). Each session is tailored to the needs of your student athletes and supervised to ensure a professional, safe, clean and welcoming environment.

Convenience – The best training starts with utilizing your facilities. For easy access and more attainable conditioning, The Program comes to your training facilities and delivers a customized plan that can be used throughout your school year. The Program will utilize your facilities to deliver a program superior to anything available off campus, while saving your students and their families' time.

Affordability – The Program will staff your strength and conditioning facility during the high use hours only (typically 3 hours/day). In doing so, the cost pales in comparison to that of a full time strength training coach.

Team/Group Training – Our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS®s) have experience working with groups of all sizes and skill levels. Each coach is capable of leading your school's fitness class or your team's in-season strength and conditioning program.

Athletic Performance Training – Student athletes looking for a higher level of strength training and athletic development can enroll in The Program's Athletic Performance Training program. Students who take part in accelerated training improve their overall:
